After your event concludes, you simply leave the tables in place and schedule a pickup window that works for you. Our team returns to handle all breakdown and removal, including folding legs, stacking tables, and loading everything into the truck. This eliminates the need for storage, cleanup, or transporting heavy furniture after your event.
Table rentals work well for both indoor and outdoor events, although outdoor setups are often paired with tent rentals to help protect surfaces from sun exposure and unexpected weather. Rental periods typically run from morning delivery to next-day pickup, giving you flexibility for setup and cleanup. Quantities can often be adjusted a few days before delivery depending on availability. Please note that tables do not include linens, centerpieces, or serving equipment unless requested separately.

- A 25% Non-refundable deposit is required for all rentals to hold the equipment and date.
- The delivery fee is based on the location and will be quoted once the delivery address is provided to us.

- Before installing your tent, please call 811 to mark all underground utilities. This quick step helps protect your property and ensures a safe, stress-free setup. For safety reasons, open flames are not permitted under any tent provided by RG Party Rentals.
